DAYS ON MARKET
Average days on market increased 5% in the same time period last year. Despite the modest uptick in time on market, Eugene picked up pace as days on market fell by 6%.
CLOSED UNITS
Closed transactions in Q2 2020 saw an overall dip
of 17% from last year’s second quarter figures. Most cities in the region experienced a drop in closed units, however, Lebanon realized a 1% rise from year-ago figures.
AVERAGE SALES PRICE
Comparing 2020 to 2019, average sales price increased 7%. Average prices were virtually up across the board in Eugene and Southern Oregon, rising the most from year-ago figures in Sweet Home (38%).
NEW LISTINGS AND PENDING SALES
Throughout Eugene and Southern Oregon, new listings slid 27% as active listings declined 19% and pending sales realized an 8% decrease from year-ago figures.
